Wellness Care Plan

In this plan, we use all of our cupping therapy modalities to promote healing. This plan is tailored for individuals who are healthy and would like to maintain wellness and optimal performance. Hijama cupping will be performed over three specific spots that will increase blood circulation and promote lymphatic drainage over the liver, lungs, and heart.

This plan includes: Moving cupping, Dry cupping, and Hijama cupping (5 cups).

Advance Hijama Care Plan

This is our comprehensive Hijama that is tailored to each individual's specific health plan. This plan is particularly beneficial for joint pain recovery, digestive system recovery, blood sugar and blood pressure recovery, as well as many more. We strategically place the cups over specific organs and muscles to promote blood circulation and extract stagnant fluid that impedes the flow.

This plan includes: Moving cupping, Dry cupping, and Hijama cupping (multiple cups)

The word Hijama means “drawing out” in Arabic. It is now being recognized as alternative medicine and alternative way of treating different diseases and disorders.

It’s a non-surgical procedure, toxic blood is drawn out of the body. Certain points on the body are for certain organs. In these points, blood is being accumulated under the cups. Small incisions (1.5mm-2mm) are done on the Epidermis layer of the skin. Deoxygenated, stagnant blood is sucked out by the negative pressure created by the cup on the skin. 

It depends on each individual. In most cases, 4 weeks are recommended between sessions.

Every individual’s body reacts differently. Some may feel dizzy or fatigued immediately after session due to a drop in blood pressure. 

Yes, Hijama can be done on children. However, Parents/Guardians must present approval from General Practitioner to perform Hijama on minors.

Hijama can be performed any day especially for individuals who are seeking advanced care plan. For those who are interested in the wellness path, we do recommend following the Sunnah days which are the 17th, 19th, and 21st of each month on the lunar calendar.
